What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with Clients: Serve as a vital point of contact for homeowners and authorized third parties, assisting them with inquiries related to updated financial figures. Your support will be key in guiding them on their path to financial recovery.
  • Utilize Technology: Navigate multiple client systems to efficiently request and track updated financial data, ensuring that all figures are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Process with Precision: Accurately track the status of requested financial figures into our internal Case Management system, maintaining the highest standards of precision and attention to detail.
  • Communicate Clearly: Provide homeowners and clients with the status of their reinstatement and payoff quote requests, fostering trust and transparency with clients and requestors.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. You leverage technology to enhance your workflow and improve efficiency.
