Summary of Position:
As a Legal Assistant at McCarthy & Holthus, LLP, you will work closely with attorneys, providing essential support in civil litigation cases. Your responsibilities will include drafting and filing court pleadings, assisting with discovery, managing case documentation, and facilitating communication with clients, courts, and various third parties. This role is designed for legal assistants seeking to develop their skills and contribute to a collaborative and professional legal environment.

Work Schedule:
The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Employees are required to be onsite 2-3 days per week following a 90-day training period and upon management approval.

Salary Range:
Typically ranges from $33,600 - $48,000, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors. Please note that the final offer may differ based on the candidate's specific qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as internal equity and business needs.
