McCarthy Holthus, LLP seeks an Associate Attorney for our Portland, Oregon office. Must currently have a license to practice in Oregon to qualify for the position.

Description of Duties:
Represent secured creditors in the areas of mediation, litigation, foreclosure, bankruptcy and title resolution. The successful candidate can expect to gain experience both in and out of the court room while also further developing research, writing and management skills
Experience and Skills:
The successful candidate will have outstanding customer / client service skills and be an effective communicator. Our team requires every member to work well in a collegial environment and have a strong desire to work together to obtain the best results for our clients.
Work Schedule:
The work week is typically Monday through Friday, with business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Initially, it is expected that the new Associate Attorney will be in office on most all days to help learn our practice, our culture, and our systems. Over time, hybrid work will be available as circumstances allow.
Salary Range:
The salary for this position will depend on the experience of the candidate and current market conditions.
