Bring your 3-5 years of valuable HR experience with you as you step into a pivotal role as a Senior Human Resources Representative at Premier Business Support, LLC! In this position, your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in shaping our HR initiatives and driving our organizational success. Directly reporting to our HR Director, you will take charge of our HRIS and onboarding processes, enhance employee relations, and under our HR Director, lead our culture and recognition initiatives.

Your outstanding communication and organizational skills will be vital, and your dedication to exceptional customer service will help foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where every team member thrives.
As a Senior HR Representative, you will:
- Provide recruitment support for various business units and coordinate efforts for assigned requisitions.
- Administer employee benefits and provide guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
- Conduct new hire and benefit orientation for all new team members.
- Manage unemployment claims and attend hearings as necessary.
- Create reports for clients and senior management; prepare monthly and quarterly summaries as required.
- Oversee ADP Security Management and manage HRIS workflow and message center.
- Collaborate with the Director on wellness and culture programs.
- Address employee inquiries, enhance service strategies, facilitate job openings, conduct applicant interviews, and uphold company policies and regulations.
- Maintain secure employee records and manage leave of absence claims, including FMLA, CFRA, and PDL.
- Lead job reclassification projects and conduct FLSA exemption testing and compensation analysis.
- Develop and prioritize HRIS projects and implementation schedules.
- Draft separation notices, conduct exit interviews, and provide departing employees with benefits information, including COBRA and final paychecks.
Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of valuable experience in Human Resources.
- Ideal candidates will be located in AZ, CA, CO, NM, NV, or TX, contributing to our dynamic team.
- Familiarity with ADP is a welcomed bonus!
- Experience in conducting engaging new hire orientations is highly encouraged.
- Experience in employee relations to support managers in navigating challenges with confidence.
- Bring your excellent communication and organizational skills to the forefront.
- Your ability to advise employees and managers on various HR-related topics, including onboarding, training, benefits, performance management, and company policies, will be greatly valued.
- A Human Resources certification is a fantastic plus!
- Candidates with experience in reporting and recruiting will find this role exceptionally fulfilling.
Work Schedule:
- Typical work week is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Hybrid and onsite work model; employees must be onsite in AZ, CA, CO, NM, NV, or TX 2-3 days per week.

Pay Range:
- $22 to $24 per hour and will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, location, and other relevant considerations.
